I have been a Travel Consultant and Independent Contractor with AAA Ohio Auto Club since 2006. In 2019 I started We Travelers Three, LLC.
We Travelers Three is an idea which will take our family around the world. Along the way we will share our stories of the experiences, memories and education which only travel can provide. I love to travel because it gives me perspective on my life. I love to experience different cultures and ways of life.
I want to help people travel because I believe that travel can change a person for the better.
I have traveled to the Grand Canyon, Niagara Falls, California (LA & Disneyland), Las Vegas, Florida (Disney World, Universal Studios, Miami, Ft. Lauderdale, Tampa), Chicago, Boston, Philadelphia. South Carolina, Georgia, and I also lived in New York City and visited often.
Internationally, I have traveled to Ireland, Italy (Rome, Florence and Venice), London, Paris, Hong Kong and Beijing.
I am a former Disney World Cast Member, a Disney Vacation Club member and I specialize in Walt Disney World and Universal Studios Orlando vacations.
I am an accredited member of IATAN. IATAN'S accreditation recognizes the diversified and versatile U.S. travel professional who can and will continue to meet universally recognized requirements and who sell travel and travel related services.
I hold the designation of Certified Travel Agent (CTA) through The Travel Institute.
WT3 CODE OF CONDUCT
Principle #1: I pledge to provide excellent customer service and ensure my clients receive my best efforts and customized products of the highest quality before, during and after a transaction.
Principle #2: I pledge to be totally forthright and honest, objective and impartial, to all clients of all travel services and providers.
Principle #3: I pledge to represent all suppliers fairly, as well as follow all rules and policies these suppliers have in place. Should I feel unable to do so, I will not represent that supplier. This also includes providing, in writing, complete details about the cost, restrictions, and other terms and conditions, of any travel service, sold, including cancellation and service fee policies. I shall provide complete, accurate and informative materials, agreements, documents, information (print, electronic media, television, radio or otherwise) to my customers.
Principle #4: I pledge to respond quickly, accurately, and honestly to clients, vendors, and suppliers, as well as promptly respond substantively to any client complaints.
Principle #5: I pledge to increase the level of professionalism in my chosen profession by continually improving my own experience and education, by adhering to my ethical code, and by participating in activities that would aid the entire industry.
