WT3 Services and Fees


RESEARCH FEE: $103.78 (includes credit card fees) per family/room, non-refundable fee to be paid prior to first meeting to initiate travel quotes.


AIRLINE BOOKING FEE: $31.33 per ticket (includes credit card fee) Non-refundable fee, per ticket, if you choose to have We Travelers Three book your airfare.


CRUISE BOOKING FEE: $310.80 (includes credit card fees) Non-refundable fee, when you book your cruise with We Travelers Three. This includes time booking, making payments, setting up websites, scheduling dining preferences, special reservations, making ground transportation reservations, pre- and/ or post-night hotel stays, and help with shore excursions, if needed.


AROUND THE WORLD BOOKING FEE: $517.80 (includes credit card fees)

Non-refundable fee, when you book your Domestic or International travel with We Travelers Three. This includes time researching destination, making ground transportation or car rental reservations, hotel reservations, dining reservations (if needed), sightseeing reservations, and working with client to create a detailed itinerary plan for the destination.



DISNEY VACATION FEES

When you book your Disney vacation with WT3, the appropriate fee, based on the number of days you will be traveling, will be added to your total package price and is in addition to the price of your Disney package.


You will receive the following services:

  • Custom made itinerary with your family's interests in mind.
  • Recommendations for entertainment, hotels, restaurants and more.
  • Get 10 "essential" things to know about your destination with information on everything from gratuities, transportation options and more.
  • Set up of your personalized My Disney Experience website and Magic Bands.
  • Help navigating the new Disney Genie, Disney Genie+ and Lightning Lane Services.
  • Theme Park recommendations and reservations made for each day of the trip.
  • Dining recommendations and reservations made for each day of the trip.
  • Ground Transportation recommendations and reservations.
  • Email reminders of important dates regarding your trip.
  • Other reservations for trip (ie. recreation activities, special events, spa, and more.)
  • ​Information and updates on the ever-changing health and safety protocols due to COVID.

Prices vary based on the number of days of your trip, includes credit card fees, are non-refundable and are to be paid at time of booking.

ORLANDO VACATION FEES include: Universal Studios Orlando, Islands of Adventure, Volcano Bay Water Park, The Wizarding World(s) of Harry Potter, City Walk, Sea World, Legoland Orlando, other area attractions.


When you book your Orlando Theme Park vacation with WT3, the appropriate fee, based on the number of days you will be traveling, will be added to your total package price and is in addition to the price of your Theme Park package.


You will receive the following services:
